Belarusian producers guarantee quality and service support for the machines they export, Alexander Shakutin, chairman of the board of directors of Amkodor, said during the negotiations with Chairman of the State Council of Oman Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Manthri.
Belarus has recently been increasing investment in production, Alexander Shakutin said. This has helped bring the quality of Belarusian equipment to the world standards. According to him, it would be great if Belarusian brands were presented on the market of Oman.
“I am sure that whatever the brand, the quality of Belarus-made machines and service maintenance will be provided in due fashion,” said Alexander Shakutin. In his words, a sale and service centre of Belarusian machines is expected to be opened in one of the Persian Gulf countries.
Alexander Shakutin addressed the chairman of the State Council of Oman with a request to provide assistance in searching for a reliable partner who could tackle organisational issues related to the advancement of Belarusian companies to the Omani market. “We are always looking for the ways of promoting Belarusian equipment,” Alexander Shakutin said.
Amkodor is a holding company composed of ten legal entities. The company employs about 5,000 people. Amkodor is a major manufacturer of road construction, municipal, snow-removing, timber, agricultural, and other special machines in the CIS and Europe. It offers over 80 models and modifications. Amkodor machines are used in more than 30 countries worldwide.
