Currency and foreign trade regulation

State regulation of foreign trade activities is carried out through custom and tariffs regulation, non-tariff regulation, banning and restricting of external trade in services and intellectual property, implementation of economic and administrative measures promoting development of foreign trade activities. The routine of currency transactions is more liberal for non-residents than for residents.
